“What CoolSculpting Did For Me”

“I have always been fairly active and in pretty good shape but no matter how fit I have never been able to get rid of lower belly fat. Three pregnancies later and feeling good in my skin but really desiring for all my hard work to stay in shape to show a bit more, I looked into cool sculpting. I knew I wanted something non-invasive so this seemed like a good option. I did consultations with a few places but became frustrated with people who were pushy or didn’t listen to my story. Then I met Kat and immediately knew I wanted to work with her because of how she made me feel from the beginning. She supported my goals while also giving me realistic expectations.

I started with my abdomen and was amazed by the results and immediately did my flanks which also had incredible results. After my flanks were completed, I couldn’t believe how much more fit I looked and this motivated further healthy habits. On a recent trip, I wore a bikini for the first time in 10+ years.

I just completed my arms and can’t want to see how they look since they have become more of a problem area as I have gotten older.
