The Emsella Is a chair you sit on that sends HIFEM (High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic) waves through your body. These energy waves causes your pelvic floor to contract. In a 30 minute session, your body can do over 11,000 pelvic floor contractions (or Kegels). Each Kegel strengthens your pelvic floor and helps you to control your bladder better and improve urinary incontinence. You will feel your muscles contracting but the treatment is not painful.
The Emsella doesn’t require downtime and has no side effects. Treatments are done in 30 minute increments. You will notice improvements after one session but 4 sessions over 2 weeks is recommended for maximum benefit.
