Hello! I’m Rachel Maxfield, a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Medical Director specializing in cosmetic injections—including neurotoxins and fillers—as well as biostimulators, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), weight loss therapy, and skin tightening procedures. My mission is to help you look and feel your absolute best through comprehensive, personalized care.

Originally from sunny California, I now call beautiful Utah home. I’m married to an incredible partner, and together we have a blended family filled with seven wonderful kids, making our household a vibrant mix of fun and laughter!

When I’m not in the office, you can find me enjoying quality time with my family and friends. I love staying active and embracing the outdoors—whether it’s hiking in the mountains, snowboarding in the winter, or boating and camping in the summer. My passion lies in enhancing not only appearances but also promoting overall health and wellness. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to achieve your health and aesthetic goals!

NATALIE SATO

RN, Master Aesthetic Injector

Natalie graduated from BYU in Nursing and has worked as a travel sedation nurse all over the United States.  Natalie joins Trilogy as an Injector specializing in all areas.  She loves the fact that she can combine her passion for anatomy with her love of Aesthetics.

Not only does she speak Japanese as a 2nd language but she also enjoys hiking, skiing and hosting book clubs.  Natalie is looking forward to helping her clients feel confident and refreshed utilizing the latest in products and procedures to enhance their natural beauty. 

CARA RICHARDSON

Master Esthetician

With over 8 years of experience as a master esthetician, I bring a strong background in regional leadership and training to my practice. I specialize in treating hyperpigmentation, and my favorite modalities include BBL Photofacials, Moxi, and Sylfirm.

Born and raised in Utah, I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals. When I’m not working, you can find me indulging in my guilty pleasure—reality TV—or rocking out to my favorite metal bands!
